If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable. Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and design details before placing an order. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Quiet Battles™ reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
